Ahhh! I am so excited to write this post!

We have been wanting to do a family session in the badlands so bad, but our favorite place to go is forty five minutes away from Wolf Point and down a dirt road. We didn’t think anyone would want to drive that far for a session.

I’m so happy to say that we were wrong!

Brent got in touch a month or so ago to schedule a family session and we were excited to get the ball rolling. The question always comes up, where do you want to go? We talked about a couple places, and I was thrilled when out of the options that we gave, that they wanted to go to our spot in the badlands!

We decided on a time to meet, got there, and then they followed us down a dirt road to a turn. Down the road a bit farther to another turn off. Then another. By the time we stopped at where we wanted to be, I felt obligated to let them know we weren’t going to mug them or leave them stranded in the middle of nowhere!

Brent and Chelsea were such troopers, and so was their little man, Hunter! We got to walk around and enjoy the beauty of northeast Montana (Yes, it is beautiful here, just different 🙂 ) and the little man got to hike and launch his minion, I think it was Kevin, to the limits of his ability several times 🙂

Brent and Chelsea are rocking taking care of their son. Despite having super busy schedules – Dad and mom both working more than one job- they both take time to parent their son and do things together. That’s not always easy in any situation, so the fact that they are making it work definitely deserve the “Hat’s off!”
