Literally.
We had never met Greg & Amanda before they showed up at our front door, ready to stay the night.
We live in Northeast Montana, it’s a little off of the beaten track, so when one of my friends that I am rarely in touch with contacted me and asked if some of her friends could stay the night with us, I was a little surprised that it would actually be convenient for them!
Greg & Amanda were on a road-trip to see some of the National Parks in Montana and Wyoming before circling down to the southern parts of the states where she is from. Their ultimate destination is an island nation to help with Bible education in ASL.
Go, Greg & Amanda!
They had only been married for 10 months when they met us in Montana, and they are already off to give of themselves for the benefit of others, how awesome is that? That self sacrificing spirit and the genuine love and humility they display made us fast friends.
Really, they showed up on a Saturday evening, and by the time they left on Wednesday, we felt like good friends had come to visit and we were sad they were leaving, but happy and excited for the adventures they would soon be experiencing.
We were very privileged and excited to get to take these shots for them, they are a sweet couple and we cannot wait to see what the second year holds in store!
Happy anniversary guys, we hope it’s a great one!
