I am so excited that I FINALLY get to post these highlights!!
I have had the sweet privilege to photograph Chelsea and her family for several years now, and I was so excited to get to meet sweet Emma and take pictures with Hunter and his baby sister!
Chelsea and I had been planning to do do her family session for quite a while…
The day of the session came in late May, and it started out cold and windy… and it didn’t get any better.
We were going to meet up at Fort Peck, so Denton and I went there to check it out and the wind was AWFUL.
Like, I mean you-couldn’t-hear-a-shout-over-the-wind, awful.
With Emma being just shy of a year old, it did not feel like the best environment to bring her out into for flattering family photos.
So, after texting Chelsea and getting her feelings, we decided to reschedule.
The following images are the result. Needless to say- IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!
Our ACTUAL photoshoot day was warm, sunny and just enough of a breeze to keep it comfortable!
Denton and I love being family photographers. I know that I have shared this before, but I feel like there is something so special about being able to capture pictures of young families and to have a share in preserving those memories and those ages for perpetuity.
For us, it has been a true honor to be invited into Chelseas life year to year to memorialize the growth of her family!
She is a hard working mama, and her kids are a beautiful tribute to her- Hunter and Emma are both sweet, happy little ones that are a pleasure to work with!
Ever since we met Hunter when he was just four years old, he has always been a sweet and polite little man- and it is so cool to get to see him becoming the little gentleman that he is!
Chelsea, we want you to know that we truly loved our time with you and your sweet babes, and we hope you love the memories that you have here- the rest are soon to follow!
