From the first few minutes of meeting a couple for the first time, sometimes even from our first inquiry, I can tell that we are going be a great fit. This was especially true with Ben and Abbie!

I had been visiting with them for a couple months about their engagement session, and when we were planning this mid-October shoot, we were planning for a nice fall day. Lo and behold, winter struck early here in Montana and the entire weekend was taunting us with snow and rain and cold temperatures, but Ben & Abbie were both so relaxed and happy!

We had talked about the possibility of rescheduling, but knowing that winter is only going to get colder and snowier, Abbie was very positive about giving it a shot while we could- so we decided to go for it!

It is so wonderful to be able to work with couples that fully trust us and are willing to make things work! 🙂

Ben had been helping with shipping earlier that day and Abbie was getting ready for our session. It had been snowing that morning, but thankfully had let up by the time we met up for our session, and we are so glad it worked out!

We loved having some time with our warm up breaks to hear about their wedding plans and get to know their story a little bit more!

After a clothing change and a drive to the next location, the chilly breeze had picked up and the temps were dropping, but you can’t tell by looking at these two! They really are so sweet together and so much fun to work with!

We absolutely loved how these turned out, and it makes me so excited for what we will be able to capture on their wedding day!

Ben and Abbie, we absolutely cannot wait for your wedding and to get to spend that most important day with you both! Here are some of our favorites- hope you have some in here, too!
